4. How does the bundle discount work? Add any 2 items to your cart and 10% comes off automatically. Add a third or more and your saving increases to 15%. No discount codes needed — it applies itself at checkout.
5. Can I return an item if it doesn't fit? Absolutely. You have 30 days from delivery to return any item in its original condition. Just contact our team and we'll take care of the rest.
6. How do I know which size to order? If you're between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for everyday comfort. If your measurements match the chart closely and you prefer a more fitted feel, you may size down. When in doubt, our team is happy to help before you order.
7. Will I receive exactly what I see in the photos? Yes. Every image on our store accurately represents the item — colours, details and finish included. We only list pieces we've personally reviewed.
8. How do I track my order? Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
