Orders & shipping

Where do you ship? Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Sweden, Finland and Ireland.

How long does delivery take? Orders leave our EU warehouse in 1–2 working days and arrive in 3–7 working days, with tracking.

How much is shipping? Free on orders over €50, otherwise €4.90.

Will I pay customs? No. We ship within the EU and prices include VAT.

Sizing

How do I choose my size? Our capes and knits are relaxed, and many pieces are one size. For tights and leggings, use the weight and height table in our Size & Fit Guide.

Returns

Can I return my order? Yes, within 30 days of delivery, as long as items are unworn and in their original condition.

Payment

Which payment methods do you accept? All major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, iDEAL and Bancontact.

Our products

Are the tights really warm? Yes — they have a thick brushed-fleece lining. Most customers wear them comfortably down to around 0 °C.

Is the pouch bag real suede? No — it is a soft, vegan suede-look material.
